SPIEGEL ONLINE: Allies Have it Out in Canada: Afghanistan Testing NATO Alliance - Internationals

It's absolutely critical that Afghanistan be provided proper resources to secure the country. Canada is doing all it can to this end, so it's very frustrating to read that many other NATO countries are providing soldiers with one or both arms tied behind their backs.
