MacCentral: Apple opens EU iTunes Music Store, Canada in Nov.

Thanks to Don Larson for pointing me to this article. Ah, I see now it's in a press release on the Apple site too. I should have checked there first. I'm still peeved that it's taking longer still to get access to the iTMS, but very happy that it's actually been announced.
