CNEWS Law & Order: Girl barbecued dog alive

This story is one of the most horrific things I've ever heard. That girl is lucky I'm not a dark vigilante super-hero 'cause I'd go Batarang on her ass if I ever met her in a dark alley.

What's also horrific is the maximum punishment... 6 months in jail, banned from owning an animal for 2 years, and a $2000 fine. What a joke.
