When I first heard Bush ask children to send a dollar to the White House for Afghan children, I laughed out loud. I wish I had mentioned something here about it at the time.

Not because the children don't deserve help, but HELLO, you really want tens of thousands of letters being sent to the White House (or anywhere) right now? The first thing I thought of was, people OTHER THAN children will be sending things OTHER THAN dollar bills to that address.

Well it wasn't for this pledge drive, but yup, schools are being taken advantage of. The letter to the Senate was sent from a fake school address.
