CNET: Microsoft denies Xbox glitch

"We don't want to disappoint gamers," Ed Fries, vice president of games publishing at Microsoft...

Ohhhh... they don't want to disappoint GAMERS. You see, if you disappoint gamers, they won't buy Microsoft's products -- a clear problem for revenue, because you see, Microsoft doesn't have a monopoly in the gaming market (yet).

But, on the other hand, they don't seem to mind if they disappoint corporate customers or small business people, because, frankly, they have no choice but to use Windows and Office, and anyway, enterprise customers have already signed expensive subscriptions contracts, so the money's already pouring in -- no need to please the captive.
