Toronto Sun: Governments fiddle as hockey fires burn

Our government is selling out our heritage. Some things, like NHL Hockey and the Montreal Canadiens, are IMPORTANT to Candians, important to our fragile identity. And because our governments are too fucking retarded to understand that, les Habitants are no longer owned by a Canadian.

Bastards.

And while I'm at it, shame on the people on Montreal for not sticking up for their team. The Edmonton Oilers have 37 owners, the majority locals who put up their own money (and never expect to see it again) to keep their team in town. Montreal may be worth more, but there's a lot more people, and old money, in Montreal.

The Canadiens might not be moving (yet), but it might as well be gone. They're gone in my heart.
