I still haven't managed to download the latest Pliant release. I guess that's the penalty for finding things on Slashdot.

I was finally able to get the (Win32) pliant release 53 distribution downloaded. If you're having problems getting it from the site, e-mail me and I'll send it to you.

It's doing its precompiling now. Oh, it finished as I wrote that.
