perl.com: What every Perl programmer needs to know about .NET

There are a couple glaring errors in this piece but it's interesting to see .NET getting airtime on perl.com.

It won't be long before any web application without support for XML-RPC or SOAP is going to look a little... dated.

SOAP is AppleEvents for the web. And I love scripting. :-)
