Disclaimer: I like Perl, when I know it.

I had to write some Perl code today, for the first time this year, at least. Maybe it's been longer.

What a mess! I can't believe how much I had forgotten. I couldn't understand the examples in the blue ORA books because they used every arcane method of doing something in the examples as possible.

I remember when I knew Perl really well. I could write stuff really fast, I liked it. Today, it was hurting my head. Bad. I didn't like it.

I'm totally exhausted.
