New PowerSchool Enterprise a 'killer app'

June 27, 2000

I was reading this article, New PowerSchool Enterprise a 'killer app', and came across the quote: ""It's entirely browser based, is build on modern technologies, and is scalable. It can manage a school district, a region even an entire state."

How many times have we heard that? Yeah right.

Then, a couple paragraphs down: "Apple's WebObjects -- the number one application platform for building Web server applications for the Web -- provides the programming basis for PowerSchool's Enterprise application, giving it its scalability and reliability."

Why am I so cynical and un-trusting? I should have known... ;-)
