Wow over a week with no updates. It's been quite a while since that happened!

Well, after I saw the doctor a couple weeks ago, things have been going much better in the weight-loss battle. In a little over 11 days since that visit, I've lost about 7 pounds. Last night I went to a friend's birthday party and had some not-on-my-approved-list-of-foods food, but I'll work that off today. Since I don't have very many local meat-space friends, that shouldn't happen too often. ;-)

I've been contributing to the MacOS X Weblog.

I'm not going to WWDC this year unless someone calls me shortly with a free ticket. :-( I'm super-bummed about that.

I figured out that the deductions (EI, CPP and Income Tax) off my paycheques add up to 42.2% of my gross pay. That's before 7% GST and 7% PST on after-tax purchases.
