TruerWords: Donate Software for the Pan-Mass Challenge!

Once again, Seth is riding (300 miles in 3 days) in the Pan-Mass Challenge, which raises money for cancer care, treatment and research.

Two years ago, Seth auctioned off software donated by its developers as part of his fundraising efforts. This year, he's doing it again, and needs to get the word out so developers can get in for the cause.

A good interview, ending with a monster quote for the ages... Steve was asked how many copies of iTunes were out there, he said several times as many as there are iPods, implying at least 300M copies. The interviewer (I think it was Walt Mossberg but I honestly don't know) said that makes Apple a major Windows developer. Jobs nods, and says they've received cards and letters from people saying iTunes is their favourite application on Windows, and says:

"It's like giving a glass of ice water to somebody in hell."

Ya gotta love the guy. :-)

Unfortunately my summer work situation took a bad turn last week, I'm told a business partner pulled out and things are now on hold.
