SubEthaEdit 3.1 makes collaborating easier

SubEthaEdit 3.1 adds port-mapping and friendcasting, this makes it way easier to get a group collaborating on documents... way less hassle.

Hopefully Coda will be updated to support these features, if it hasn't already.
