So I just bought a copy of Coda, sight unseen, because it integrates the brand new Subetha Engine. I love SubEthaEdit, and I'll happily support Coda because I'm guessing they're the ones that talked the codingmonkeys into refactoring their engine for use in other applications.

On top of that, Coda looks incredibly nice. I wouldn't be surprised if it wins the Apple Design Award at this year's WWDC.
