I told you so: US targets online gambling
Months ago I posted here (twice) about the growing move in US Governments (state and federal) to effectively outlaw online gambling sites. I was told "don't worry it'll never happen". Oh really?
"The bill, a compromise between earlier versions passed by the two chambers, would make it illegal for banks and credit card companies to make payments to online gambling sites."
This was tacked onto the Port Security bill that was passed today.
One more reason (as if the fucking torture bill wasn't enough) to vote out the Republicans in November. Pretty please.
