MSNBC: Netflix sues Blockbuster to shut online service

So, how long before Dave announces he's cancelling his Netflix account because they're harming competition by attacking with patents?

Update: 2 days later, no mention of NetFlix on Scripting News... but then again, he is working with Amazon.com's S3 service so maybe that says all you need to know.
