Napster is un-Canadian

Napster.ca: Music. Legal, safe and easy.

It's not safe, because it runs on and only on Windows, and for most people, running Windows is asking for trouble. It's not easy because people have to pay for it. It's legal, but so is downloading music from LimeWire, or any other P2P system, in Canada.

How ironic that I used to be anti-Napster because it was illegal, and now I'm anti-Napster because it's a ripoff. Canadian music companies are already getting my money in the form of a levy on blank CDs, MP3 players and more. So, I'm paid up. If they get rid of those tariffs, maybe I wouldn't mind paying for music directly again. No double-dipping for you, music corps!
