Gator and Overture

News.com: Overture signs deal with Gator

What Google should do is enhance their Google toolbar plugin to detect and offer to remove Gator from people's PCs, since Gator is spyware (so is the Google toolbar from what I hear, but hey ;) ) and people don't usually install it knowingly, instead it gets installed with other software behind their backs.

Three Mac apps bundled

Today, Karelia, Ranchero and UserCreations announced Beyond the Browser Bundle, a discounted bundle of their applications Watson, NetNewsWire and Spring.

I wanted to get the NetNewsWire/Spring bundle last month but forgot to. I'm not interested in Watson (sorry Dan, I just wouldn't use it), and I'm not sure how much practical use I would get out of Spring so I don't think I'll be buying this bundle. Still, if you want these apps it's a good deal.
