"Michel Jalbert, a Quebec man who has been in jail in Maine for a month for illegally entering the U.S., is expected to be returned home this week. Jalbert was arrested at a gas station that straddles the border."

Unless Apple wants to abandon the pro and pro tools markets, they need to do something, now, about their systems' performance problems. I think it's time for them to get that Intel build of Mac OS X tuned up and ready to ship.

ORA weblogs, Brian Jepson: A Different Kind of Classic for Mac OS X?

I'm sure Connectix is interested in this, but I can't imagine Steve Jobs ever letting Windows apps running alongside Aqua apps in Mac OS X. And it's even less fathomable for Apple to create an Aqua theme for XP so that Windows apps didn't look like Windows apps running alongside Aqua apps (because they will anyway).

Uhh... I'm guessing they aren't biodegradable. Hopefully, if these catch on, we can put them in our blue boxes and have them recycled.
