BBC News: 'Scores killed' in US Afghan raid

Someone needs to get those USAF cowboys outta the sky. Why don't they check what they're bombing before they pull the trigger? With all the satellite and other reconnaissance gear they have I don't understand why this keeps happening. Didn't they learn anything from the bombing of the Canadians in April?
