Dave asks why a story about a dumb comment by Dubya didn't make it into US publications.

1) Making fun of Bush Jr. is not patriotic (anymore).

2) How dare you make fun of the Commander in Chief while America is at war! America is united and anyone who would divide it is clearly a terrorist!

3) The pubs don't dare criticize the administration or they'll lose access to information.
