Procrastinate

CANOE Lifewise \\@work: Are you a procrastinator?

I read this article today, and immediately went out and bought the book, The Procrastinator's Handbook: Mastering the Art of Doing It Now.

I will read it. I say this publicly because I know it will help me stick to my goal. Wish me luck!

Oh, and while I'm at it, as soon as Cheryl and I are moved into our own place in Canada, I'm going back to the healthy lifestyle that I enjoyed in 2000 that helped me lose nearly 50 pounds. Yay!
