"There are five Oilers and four Stars on Team Canada. They have a history. Now, playing together, that translates into a lot of character, respect for each other and maybe a world championship."

I bet that the World Championships are the real playoffs for the people in Edmonton this year. If Canada wins the gold here, it'll be almost as big as if the Oilers won the Stanley Cup. There are also 3 ex-Oilers on the squad.
