Busyness

The worst part of being super busy for an extended period of time is I've forgotten what it's like to not be busy.

What did I do with my evenings before? How did I spend my weekends? "Boy I must have been slacking because I wasn't busy like this!"

Seriously though, the busyness of the past 12 months has taken its toll on me. An insanely busy failure of a project, a period of stress and waiting being unemployed for the first time in my life early this year, packing, moving to a different country, unpacking, learning a new job, enduring the stress of the absolutely pathetic service in this country, living the crazy life(?) of a .com engineer, and now, moving again, packing and worrying about having to deal with the utilities and their incompetence yet again.

To think 13 months ago I was playing golf and tennis every week, working at home with a flexible work schedule (and cable internet access, imagine THAT!), and socializing with friends on a regular basis.

What a difference a year makes.

UWB stands for ultra-wideband, but by the sounds of it, it should stand for Universal Wireless Bandwidth!!
