FBI chief Mueller lied to Senate about key-logging... but hey, lying is part of the job at the FBI! You wouldn't want to blow your cover...

Holding up the rear

Salon: Holding up the rear (via Bump)

Lewis discovered that Aerons could be seen as a potent symbol for the entire dot-com boom and bust. Lewis' desire soon morphed into derision. The chairs, he and his co-workers decided, were like "stupidity barometers."

"Any place with more than 10 of these things," he says, "automatically went into the 'stupid' stack."

Uhhh... just about everyone at work (except me) is sitting on an Aeron. (gulp)

If I could have a nice chair, this is the one I'd get. I had one of these at CEISS (without the pillow-thing on the top) and it was the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in.

Spare seats in the house

BBC: Spare seats in the house

When Maurice Greene ran one the greatest 100m in history, there was plenty of warm applause but no standing ovation.

"For the people sitting in the stands here, I equate it to people in the USA who had never been exposed to ice hockey before they got an NHL franchise," said Kilburn.

I'd equate it to Canadians not liking Maurice Greene, or most of the arrogant showboating PED-popping USA track athletes.
