London children not 'monsters'

"A parents' leader rejects claims from overseas teachers that children in London schools are badly-behaved 'monsters'."

One of my cousins is teaching in England (maybe London, but I can't remember). The last I heard, he certainly thinks the kids are absolutely horrible to deal with.
