I called the Oilers ticket office today and inquired about tickets for their home opener. They don't go on sale until September and there might be so few tickets left that they'll have a lottery for them. :-(

Anyway, I begged and pleaded, told them how I would be coming all the way from SF, Jari Kurri was my favourite player (she confirmed the sweater retirement ceremony would be that day), and that Todd McFarlane is my favourite artist, that I had to be there to get the new McFarlane Oilers jersey and see the ceremony, etc.

I HAVE TO GO TO THAT GAME!!!
