I've always worried about this adaptor, it gets REALLY hot. This recall included the adaptor that came with my Lombard, and I've completed the easy to use replacement form. Have your PowerBook and AC Adaptor handy as you'll need the serial number off of each.
I hope it'll be replaced with one of the nice Yo-Yo style adaptors they sell now!
