Typical PC garbage
I should have known better than to put my Windows 2000 box into "Stand by" mode. It went to "sleep", but the fan was still on so the box wasn't any quieter... I tried to wake it up but no input would wake it up so I had to reset it. Typical.

Excellent comment from the President of MACadam. A lot of my friends in Victoria would ask me why I bought something at a local store, paying the high local price and sales tax instead of buying over the 'net for much less, and this is why... local stores close when noone buys from them.
PS: When you spend a lot of money at local stores they treat you really really well, and often give you special prices, so it works out great in the end.
