Jim Roepcke's weblog have browser, will travel (est. 1999)

1Mar/01Off

I’m glad I reminded him :-)

This morning I noticed UserLand is working on "M2B" which means email-to-your-blog. I reminded Seth Dillingham that he had done 90% of the work towards that feature in mid-2000. He took an hour to polish it off and now it's working!

In fact this post made it here directly from my email outbox.

This was relatively easy to do in Conversant because every Conversant site already has a built in two-way mailing list.

When Macrobyte post docs onto the support site I'll link to them here.

Update: Seth says it was even closer than 90% done. "Oops"!

Actually, it was 100% done at that time, but for some forgotten reason we disabled it and never released it. All I had to do was re-enable it and make a couple of minor updates to have it work correctly with some updates made in the weblog plugin.
