Henso.com

Henso.com is a weblog written with a framwork on top of Hop, an "open source, JavaScripted, object oriented web application server developed mainly by Hannes Wallnöfer".

Hop has been on my list-of-things-to-learn for so long now it's getting ridiculous.

I want to learn like Neo. Shit yeah.

I’m glad I reminded him :-)

This morning I noticed UserLand is working on "M2B" which means email-to-your-blog. I reminded Seth Dillingham that he had done 90% of the work towards that feature in mid-2000. He took an hour to polish it off and now it's working!

In fact this post made it here directly from my email outbox.

This was relatively easy to do in Conversant because every Conversant site already has a built in two-way mailing list.

When Macrobyte post docs onto the support site I'll link to them here.

Update: Seth says it was even closer than 90% done. "Oops"!

Designweenie

James Spahr redesigns and moves his site from www.spahr.org to Designweenie.

If you had his site in your weblogs.com favourites you need to re-add his site, because the name of the site is the primary key for weblog records [sic] in the weblogs.com "database".

His site name in weblogs.com is:

designweenine (was spahr.org)

Note that once James removes the "(was spahr.org)" from his record's name it'll break your list again.
