Dad and I brought the treadmill over here from their place this morning. Our ceilings in the basement are too low so it's upstairs in the bedroom instead. I did a 30 minute 2 mile (brisk) walk this afternoon.

Just before the walk I did my legs, chest (bench press and pec deck), triceps and biceps on the new home gym.

Me tired. :-)
