Best round yet!

Today Cheryl, her brother Chuck and I went to Juan de Fuca Golf Course - a medium length 9 hole par 3.

I was on fire! :-) I shot a +7 34, which is by far my best round ever.

4 4 3 3 3 3 4 4 6

If I hadn't messed up the chip on the final hole, I could have gotten a 32. That's what makes me go back again and again, that "one damn mistake". ;-)

My previous best score before today was a 36. I've done that twice, but on a different course. IIRC, my best score at JDF was either a 37 or 38, so I'm really happy about how it went.

Cheryl also did very well, getting her first ever birdie, with a great 40'+ putt on the 6th hole. Her score... 44, which might be a best for her too, but we'd have to look back at our scorecards to know for sure.
