I did 28 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. I could have done more but I could feel blisters starting to form on the bottom of my feet. (it was getting pretty painful)
I haven't been wearing proper footwear on the treadmill, just some Adidas sandals. I think I'll go buy some shoes on the way back from my doctor's appointment, which is in 80 minutes.
I don't have any running shoes right now. When I moved in January, I lost the only pair I had. I wore an really old pair a couple times in January/February when I played tennis, but those have fell apart the last time I played.
