I had to wait just about an hour on hold with Shaw\@Home last night to get my cable internet access restored... I was offline for two days. One wierd thing, the person I talked to on the phone knew the company I work for and has seen the web site I did for it!

@Home's acceptable use policy (AUP) doesn't allow people to run web servers. So how am I supposed to learn Frontier development when I'm working on my home computers? Maybe I need ADSL... I think I'm going to write more about this here shortly. This is an issue that needs to be addressed.
