It's pretty different...also because you're not specifically usurping
individual property rights, just corporate image -- graphic design is done
as a work-for-hire, there's no royalties/residual payments involved.
I think to revoke your rights, Apple would have to prove you in some way
either where damaging them through the use of the image ( ie, using them in
a anti-Mac context ) or were profiting unfairly from their investment in the
trade imagery ( ie, the iMac ripoff suits )
They can't trademark gel-buttons, like they can a logo.
