I went to see Dad this morning before his procedure. He went off the medication last night and he was back to his normal self this morning. Man, those drugs sure did fuck him up...

I left after the neurosurgeon came into the OR receiving area to talk with him. I'm so happy for him!

Oh, and I misunderstood about the blood pressure thing... that wasn't why it had to wait until Monday, it was just waiting for the doctor to be available and an operating room at the same time.
