Read this article if you want to understand why I LOVE working at home, and to date have ignored job opportunities and offers in beautiful offices all over the world to work from my basement.  I couldn't have said it any better.

Preach, my brother. :-)

This last time I went job-hunting, I only considered jobs that offered some work-at-home opportunities. My current job at Origin allows me two days a week at home, during which I'm more productive and generally happier than my office days. (Except today, because the VPN is down.) And though the benefits, people, and job at Origin are all fantastic, I must admit I'd be seriously tempted if the opportunity to work full-time from home came along again.
